Special Orders:
Each special order item is hand-painted when your order is placed, by me,
especially for you.
Please allow 4-6 weeks from the time I receive payment until your order ships. If
you have any questions about order times, please ask before you order. Once your
order is placed, I will contact you with the completion date.
Payment for any special orders is as follows: Half the balance due at the time of
order, remainder due on completion.
Return Policy:
To receive a refund, you must contact me within 48 hours after receiving your
artwork. I will give you packing and shipping instructions. Once the item is
returned to me in its original condition and packaging, your refund will be issued
minus actual shipping charges.
Any items that have been personalized and/or have custom color or design changes
are not returnable. Special order items that have been created specifically for the
customer are not returnable
Shipping:
Orders are shipped via US Postal Service. In-stock items will be shipped within a
week.
You will be notified by email when your order is shipped, we will include the
tracking information in the email.
If you live in the Jacksonville or St. Augustine, FL area, please contact me directly
about your order and we can arrange delivery, etc. without the shipping charges.

Communication between us is very important. Please feel free to email me @
